This job can be worked hybrid from their offices in Derby.
Key Responsibilities
- Executing paid social campaigns that turn heads, capture attention, and drive real results across Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Writing compelling ad copy, sourcing or collaborating on eye-catching creatives, and managing campaign structures for success
- Monitoring performance daily, analysing trends, and making smart, data-backed optimisations
- Collaborating directly with clients and internal teams to understand objectives, present insights, and steer campaigns to success
- Supporting wider amplification strategy when needed — we’re a team-first business and often blur the lines between paid and organic to get the best outcome
- Testing new ideas, formats, platforms and keeping up-to-date with evolving ad tools and algorithms
- Reporting on campaign performance with confidence and clarity, helping clients see the full picture of what’s working and where we’re heading next
About You
Hands-on Paid Social experience is essential including exposure to Meta Ads Manager and ideally other platforms like TikTok Ads or LinkedIn. You will have a strong understanding of audience segmentation, creative testing, and conversion-led campaign structure.
The successful candidate will have a proactive mindset — always looking to improve, test and try and be comfortable analysing data, spotting patterns, and making performance-based decisions.
You will have excellent communication skills and the ability to confidently collaborate with clients. Ultimately, you will possess a creative flair paired with analytical rigour — someone who can think like a brand and act like a performance marketer.
