Key Responsibilities
- Managing end-to-end PPC campaigns across platforms like Google Ads and Microsoft Ads
- Conducting keyword research, competitive analysis, and trend monitoring to inform strategy
- Creating and optimising high-performing ads, landing pages and extensions that convert
- Analysing data daily to identify insights and proactively optimise performance
- Managing budgets, bids, and audience targeting with precision
- Collaborating closely with clients and internal teams to align PPC with wider objectives
- Running regular A/B tests and continuously improving campaign efficiency and ROI
- Reporting clearly on performance metrics, opportunities, and results
- Staying plugged into the ever-evolving world of paid search — bringing new ideas to the table before the algorithm changes hit
About You
- Hands-on experience running PPC campaigns, ideally in an agency environment
- Strong grasp of keyword strategies, bidding models, ad testing, and budget optimisation
- A good understanding of Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and a working knowledge of GA4
- Solid Excel skills and comfort with numbers — you’re all about data-led decisions
- Experience composing insightful reports for clients and internal stakeholders
- A confident communicator who can explain results and strategy in plain English
- A curious mind that’s always up for testing new ideas and refining what works
- A collaborative team player who thrives in a fast-moving, performance-driven environment
