About the Role
Our client is a long-standing FM provider that has recently received significant investment to expand operations and strengthen technical delivery across the Midlands. Following the award of a major educational contract in Stoke, they are seeking a skilled Air Conditioning Engineer to deliver installation, maintenance, and repair services across educational sites and commercial buildings.

Key Responsibilities
- Carry out PPM and reactive maintenance on air conditioning systems across educational and commercial buildings.
- Install, service, and repair HVAC, VRF, and split systems, ensuring compliance with current regulations.
- Diagnose faults and provide efficient solutions to maintain operational systems.
- Work safely and in line with compliance, health & safety, and contract standards.
- Update job progress and reporting accurately via the CAFM system.
- Support minor building services tasks when required.
- Build and maintain strong professional relationships with clients and site teams.
Requirements
- NVQ Level 3 or equivalent in Air Conditioning / HVAC.
- F-Gas qualified (essential).
- Experience in FM, multi-site commercial, or educational building services maintenance.
- Able to work independently across a regional patch.
- Strong communication and organisational skills.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
