Regional Account Manager

POST- Recruitment is currently seeking an experienced Regional Account Manager for an established market leader. This field-based role covers a high-performing territory within one of the company’s fastest growing divisions.

Key Responsibilities of the Regional Account Manager:

  • Territory Management: Maximise opportunities across your region, ensuring ROI through regular client reviews.

  • Account Growth: Achieve sales targets and KPIs through upselling and cross-selling within an existing client base.

  • Consultative Sales: Build trusted relationships by uncovering client needs and proposing tailored solutions.

  • Product Expertise: Provide training and ongoing support to help customers get the most from their services.

  • Market Insight: Stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activity to remain a trusted advisor.

  • CRM Usage: Keep detailed records of all client interactions and pipeline activity within the CRM.

  • Team Collaboration: Partner with the Area Sales Director, internal teams, and head office to deliver client success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • At least 3 years’ experience as a field-based Account Manager or similar B2B role.

  • Ideally your sales cycle will be fast paced as our client sells in every meeting, with the opportunity to close business on the day.

  • Demonstrable success in selling services, handling complex client data, and presenting ROI.

  • Skilled in overcoming pricing objections, ideally in a non-negotiable pricing environment.

  • Familiar with structured sales methodologies such as Challenger, SPIN, or SNAP.

  • Strong commercial awareness and strategic thinking.
