We are currently looking for an experienced Plasterer to work on tenanted social housing properties in the Derby area.
The successful candidate will be carrying out a range of plastering work and must be competent in all types of finishes. You will be working in occupied properties, so a professional and respectful approach is essential. Key Requirements:
- Previous experience working in social housing (tenanted properties)
- Skilled in all aspects of plastering, including patch work, full skims, and all finishing types
- Ability to work independently and to a high standard
- Good communication skills and customer service awareness
- Own tools and transport preferred
- CSCS card (desirable)
- Competitive hourly rate of 18 per hour
- Full-time hours (37 per week, Monday to Friday)
- Opportunity to work within a well-established housing maintenance team
