We know compliance professionals are often the last to get recognition — at Ganymede, we make sure you're seen and supported.

We’re looking for a skilled compliance professional to join our Head Office team in Derby. If you’re ready to feel truly valued for your attention to detail and problem-solving skills this is your chance to step into a role where your work directly supports some of the UK’s most important infrastructure projects.

The Role and About You:

As Compliance Coordinator, you will coordinate the processes that protect safety, quality, and legal standards across our national workforce. Your attention to detail and calm approach will ensure that projects stay compliant and on track.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Verifying right-to-work status and certification records to ensure every worker meets required standards.
  • Managing Sentinel sponsorship and fitness assessments that safeguard rail and infrastructure sites.
  • Keeping compliance systems accurate and up to date, including Safe Working Hours logs and medical records.
  • Supporting teams with updates on rulebook changes, new standards, and arranging essential training.

Your work will help keep both local rail projects and large-scale national infrastructure builds safe, legal, and moving forward.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Brings problem-solving confidence and takes pride in getting the details right.
  • Remains steady and focused when faced with change and enjoys creating structure from complexity.
  • Is ready to develop their career in compliance, with full support and structured training.
