- Ensure timely and efficient execution of manufacturing plans to meet customer orders, deadlines and quality standards.
- Act as the main point of contact for your assigned customers, updating them on order status, resolving delays and maintaining satisfaction.
- Manage the sales order book and raise production work orders via MRP.
- Maintain accurate works order data, ensuring orders meet pricing, lead times, MOQ expectations and support formal contract reviews.
- Experience working within a similar Production Controller role
- Well versed dealing with customers and managing their expectations and orders
- IT Literate and confident using excel
- Competent using ERP/MRP systems
