  • Ensure timely and efficient execution of manufacturing plans to meet customer orders, deadlines and quality standards.
  • Act as the main point of contact for your assigned customers, updating them on order status, resolving delays and maintaining satisfaction.
  • Manage the sales order book and raise production work orders via MRP.
  • Maintain accurate works order data, ensuring orders meet pricing, lead times, MOQ expectations and support formal contract reviews.
Production ControllerEssential Experience/Skills/Qualifications
  • Experience working within a similar Production Controller role
  • Well versed dealing with customers and managing their expectations and orders
  • IT Literate and confident using excel
  • Competent using ERP/MRP systems
