Your new role
As a Project Manager, you will play a leading role in delivering a variety of projects within the Business Change Team. The projects are part of a programme of strategic transformational change. This is a full lifecycle role, from scoping through to project completion.

What you'll need to succeed
Day-to-day project and change management skills, including setting project controls, designing the project structure, selecting and applying appropriate delivery methodologies.
Support the Programme Manager in the development of Programme Level business cases.Lead on the scoping and preparation of a project and develop the business case as required.
Track delivery within project budget. Identify skill requirements and deploy and develop resources. Manage small to medium-sized project teams.
Ensure benefits are identified, understood, measured, tracked and owned. Ensure appropriate Benefits Realisation Strategy is in place, and monitor longer-term delivery of benefits against the Business Case
Identify key stakeholders and develop effective relationships.
Identify and monitor project risks and issues. Develop mitigating actions and escalate as appropriate. Identify and work with related projects to manage interdependencies.
Provide key reports and support effective governance and decision-making.
Build Project Plan and apply appropriate project principles to deliver stated objectives. Identify and set appropriate Project Controls. Track and report delivery against milestones.
Ensure that lessons are captured throughout delivery and proactively contribute to team de-briefs where lessons can be learnt and applied to future change.
