The client has had continual growth and is looking for a Quantity Surveyor / Project Quantity Surveyor to join their team to help expand the business which has seen a health turnover increase to 40m in 2025.
Duties:
Optimising contract profitability
Provide quotations to clients for variations
Comprehensive understanding of Residential Groundworks
Accurate monthly cost and value reports
All other daily tasks performed by a Quantity Surveyor
Requirements:
Experience as a Quantity Surveyor in residential groundworks
Time management skills and meeting deadlines
Experience in value engineering
Proficient in all Microsoft packages e.g. Word, Excel, PowerPoint
