Career Teachers (part of the Affinity Workforce Solution Group) are a leading Education Recruitment provider specialising in temporary staffing for Primary, Secondary and Special Educational Needs schools. We are looking to add a Recruitment Consultant to our high-performing team in Derby, specialising in Primary or Secondary Education Recruitment.

The role & benefits as Recruitment Consultant at Career Teachers:

  • Salary: 28,000 - 32,000 (depending on experience)
  • Uncapped commission structure
  • Generous holiday allocation 30 days raising to 34 with length of service

The team are experts within the education recruitment industry and have ambitious growth plans over the coming months and years and are looking to welcome a target-driven team player.

Role responsibilities:

  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for education-based roles - specialising in Primary or Secondary Education Recruitment.
  • Build and nurture strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring their staffing needs are met efficiently and effectively.
  • Proactively engage in business development activities to establish new partnerships with schools and educational institutions.
  • Identify and attract high-quality candidates for education positions through various sourcing methods.
  • Develop and maintain strong business relationships through both face-to-face and remote interactions.

What you will need to succeed:

  • A Minimum of 12 months experience operating within the Recruitment Industry or in a Sales / Business Development role.
  • Demonstrate a high level of motivation and take ownership of your desk, treating it as your own business.
  • Showcase your drive to succeed and build a thriving career within the education recruitment sector.
  • The desire to genuinely want an opportunity to further enhance their career in recruitment with a well-established and reputable brand.
