We are currently working with a well-established, fast paced food manufacturer looking for an Area Manager to join the team on a 12 hours day shift.
The role is in need of an induvial who likes to roll their sleeves up and lead from the front, being responsible for HSE standards, people management and development, efficient Operations & Production, Quality standards and Continuous Improvement.
You will need to have food manufacturing experience, chilled ideal but can consider other product exposures, 5+ years at Shift Management level, ability to motivate and lead teams, reactive and proactive ability to problems on the shop floor and experience in deploying lean and CI tools.
