The Opportunity

As Key Account Manager, you will act as the key interface between your clients and the business, managing strategic 4PL accounts. You'll oversee end-to-end service delivery, ensuring clients receive integrated, efficient logistics solutions while driving growth and operational improvement.

Key Responsibilities

  • Build and strengthen relationships with senior decision-makers in your assigned 4PL accounts.
  • Develop and deliver Key Account Plans that drive growth, retention, and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and manage your portfolio performance and sales pipeline.
  • Lead customer reviews, addressing challenges and implementing improvement actions.
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, market shifts, and technology developments to provide strategic insight.
  • Maintain accurate CRM records and manage account documentation.
  • Support resolution of critical invoicing issues and work closely with Finance on receivables.
  • Identify additional business opportunities within your portfolio and beyond.

What You'll Bring

  • Deep understanding of 4PL operations and technology solutions.
  • 10+ years' experience in 3PL/4PL key account management, growing and retaining strategic accounts.
  • Strong ability to create value for clients while balancing commercial objectives.
  • Proven relationship-building and influencing skills at senior levels.
  • Organised, structured, and results-driven with excellent project management abilities.
  • Exceptional communication skills-clear, confident, and professional.
  • Leadership qualities with the ability to motivate and support team success.
