Your Role at a Glance
You'll be a key part of the classroom team, supporting students academically, socially, and emotionally to help them thrive.

What you'll be doing:
* Working 1:1 or in small groups to support pupils across a range of subjects
* Helping to manage behaviour positively and proactively
* Tailoring resources and activities to individual needs (including SEN)
* Supporting students' confidence and independence
* Liaising with teaching staff, parents/carers, and external agencies
