NonStop Care is working with one of the most reputable Fostering charity in Derby in order to help them find a Supervising social worker, full-time.

This is a National Fostering Non-profit organisation that is well-established and can offer great career development and benefits. They have been rated Good Ofsted and they are a child-focused, independent agency that have children at the heart of everything they do.

You will be working across Midlands, hybrid working policy. You will driving to foster carers when needed across Midlands. You must be a driver and have access to a car to be eligible for this role. The role is autonomous and you can organise your own schedule.

Responsibilities of the Supervising social worker:

• Offering monthly support and supervision to foster carers
• Updating assessments of current carers
• Being part of the OOH call system - this will be paid additionally

Requirements:

Must be a driver and have access to own car

Must have recent experience working as a fostering social worker, either within local authority or IFA
