- Deliver training on best practices and specialist lifting equipment to care home staff
- Promote falls prevention strategies and support care homes in implementing local initiatives
- Provide clinical advice to reduce falls and fractures
- Carry out quality improvement projects to enhance safety and care
- Monitor and record performance to meet KPIs
- Provide support for falls assessments and health observations for care home residents
- Work flexibly, including some evenings and weekends, to meet the needs of the programme
- Experience in care or clinical settings, ideally with knowledge of falls management
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build positive working relationships with care home staff
- Proactive and empathetic approach to working with vulnerable individuals
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work purposes
- Flexibility to work across Derbyshire and Derby City
