Job Description:
Working within the Housing Options and Homelessness environment to receive enquiries and complaints from customers in a timely and efficient manner.
Maintain accurate customer records using the computerised Homefinder, Homelessness and Housing Management systems and any other relevent system.
Refer unresolved queries to relevant officers for further action as necessary, updating the knowledge exchange where appropriate.
