Sonic Summary

Service Care Solutions is seeking a Temporary Outreach Recovery Worker for a charity, focusing on clients with Alcohol Misuse Issues.
The role requires managing a caseload of complex clients for 37.5 hours per week, with pay rates up to £18.14 per hour (exclusive of holiday pay) or £20.33 per hour (inclusive of holiday pay).
Candidates must have experience managing high caseloads and completing comprehensive assessments, along with excellent safeguarding knowledge.
The position offers a £250 referral bonus and a £150 sign-up bonus for successful applicants.
The ideal candidate should be comfortable working in a busy environment and have the ability to identify risks and take appropriate action.

Service Care Solutions are currently working with a charity to fill a Temporary contract for aOutreachRecoveryWorker.This role will be closely managing a caseload ofclients with Alcohol Misuse Issues.

37.5 Hours per week, 5 days.

Pay up to - 18.14 PAYE Per Hour - Exclusive of Holiday Pay
20.33 PAYE Per Hour - Inclusive of Holiday Pay
23 Umbrella ratePer Hour

Duties of a OutreachRecovery Worker

Completing Comprehensive Assessments
Outreach to see Clients
Completing Care Plans & Risk Assessments
Working closely with Substance Misuse clients known to theService
Enable service users to access education, employment services, health services, and wellbeing & recovery support activities

Minimum requirements forOutreach Recovery Worker

Knowledge of completing Comprehensive Assessments
Experience managing a high caseload of complex clients
Able to manage acaseload of Alcohol and Substance MIsuse Clients
Excellent safeguarding knowledge
Comfortable working in a busy environment
Able to identify risks and take appropriate action
