- Act as the main customer contact for orderbook demands, maintaining accurate sales orderbook data and supporting the SIOP process with reliable future demand signals.
- Utilise exception reports, prevent orderbook erosion, identify stock risks, and produce KPI suites covering Sales and Arrears trends (daily, weekly, monthly).
- Work with Manufacturing Managers to identify and resolve delivery issues early, implement containment actions, and keep customers informed.
- Lead supplier relationship management, drive supply chain performance improvements, manage sourcing activities, and support risk assessments.
- Train and coach internal stakeholders on SIOP and ERP adherence, develop purchasing processes, and foster a high-performance, compliance-driven culture.
- Proven experience in Demand Management or Supply Chain roles
- Strong background in ERP systems and SIOP (Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning) processes
- Experience in supplier relationship management and operational performance improvement
- Previous experience working in an engineering or manufacturing organisation
