Role Overview
We are seeking a General Labourer to carry out steel grinding work at an industrial plant in Derby. The role involves using 5" and 9" angle grinders to prepare steel components that will be fitted as attachments.
Key Duties
* Operate 5" and 9" angle grinders to grind and finish steel components
* Prepare steel attachments to meet quality and safety requirements before installation
* Assist with handling and positioning steel parts
* Maintain a clean and safe work area
* Follow all site safety procedures and PPE requirements
Requirements
* Experience using angle grinders on steel
* Previous labouring or industrial/manufacturing experience
