Key Responsibilities:

Essential Hiring Criteria:

A recognised qualification in Hot Water Systems including Unvented Hot Water Systems.
A recognised qualification in Plumbing.
Awareness of Water Hygiene Management including Legionella prevention.
Proven experience in an FM or building services maintenance position
