The basics:
Job Title: TIG Welder
Pay: up to 36247 per annum + overtime with earnings of 40000 and upwards achievable
Contracted hours per week: 39hrs
Environment: Manufacturing - precision engineering
Location: Derby
Shift pattern: Day Shift - 07.00 to 16.00 or 08:00 to 17:00 Monday to Thursday, and 07.00 to 12.00 on Fridays.
Role: Permanent
Overview:
We are now looking for an additional TIG welder to join the team. You will be working in clean, modern, purpose-built manufacturing facilities for a company that produce precision engineered components for sectors such as Aerospace, Oil and Gas.
The ideal candidate / TIG welder may have some of the following, however, please note these are only desirable and not essential as all applications will be looked at individually:
- Previous TIG welding experience
- Worked with Stainless Steel, Titanium, Nickel alloys, Aluminium.
- Comfortable working with 1mm to 4mm metal sheet
Key responsibilities of the TIG welder worker:
Produce first class products and components in aluminium thin gauge metal.
Commutable from Derby, Burton, Nottingham, Belper, Loughborough and surrounding areas.
