The Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced Logistics Systems Trainer to design, deliver, and maintain high-quality training programmes across our core operational systems  Fleetio, Samsara, Blue Yonder, and Qargo.
This role ensures our logistics and distribution teams have the skills, confidence, and technical capability to operate efficiently, remain compliant, and maximise performance across the supply chain.

Hours :Monday to Friday 08:00-16:00

Salary :£30 000-£30 405.38

Key Responsibilities

Training Design & Delivery

  • Develop and deliver training frameworks, materials, and e-learning content for core logistics systems.

  • Train drivers, planners, dispatchers, warehouse teams, and managers through classroom, virtual, and practical sessions.

  • Support onboarding, provide refresher training, and act as the go-to systems expert.

  • Assess trainee competency through tests, exercises, and simulations, providing clear feedback and recommendations.

Continuous Improvement

  • Measure training impact using KPIs such as adoption, accuracy, compliance, and efficiency.

  • Gather feedback and refine content to improve user understanding and operational outcomes.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Operations, Fleet, IT, and Compliance teams to ensure training aligns with business processes.

  • Liaise with system vendors to access updates and certifications.

  • Communicate new features and best practices across the business.

Experience & Skills

  • 3–5 years’ experience in logistics, distribution, transportation, or supply chain training.

  • Strong knowledge of Fleetio, Samsara, Blue Yonder, and Qargo.

  • Proven ability to design and deliver engaging technical training.

  • Skilled in e-learning platforms (e.g. Schoox) and LMS systems.

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement abilities.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Proficient in MS Office and experienced in system rollout or digital transformation projects.
