Berry Recruitment are seeking an experienced and driven Head Chef to lead a kitchen team based in King's Lynn.

You'll oversee daily operations, and maintain high standards of food quality, safety, and presentation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the kitchen team.

  • Develop seasonal, creative menus.

  • Ensure food hygiene and safety standards are met.

  • Manage stock, suppliers, and kitchen costs.

  • Train and support staff to maintain excellence.

Requirements:
  • CIEH Foundation Certificate in Food Hygiene is required.
  • Proven experience as Head or Senior Sous Chef.

  • NVQ Qualification (or equivalent) is preferred.
  • Strong leadership and organisational skills.

  • Knowledge of food safety and allergens.

  • Passion for food, creativity, and quality.

  • Flexibility to work evenings/weekends.
