- Hours: Full-time (Monday to Friday and every other Saturday 9:00am - 3:00pm with a day off in lieu)
- Salary: £26,000 - £32,000 (negotiable, dependent on experience) with team-based commission

Day to Day of the role:
- Manage new enquiries with a confident and polite telephone manner.
- Attend viewings and negotiate new tenancies, ensuring a smooth and compliant process.
- Resolve property maintenance issues efficiently, maintaining high customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with an experienced team in a busy and varied environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in lettings and property management.
- Strong commitment to personal growth and eagerness to take on new challenges.
- Mature and independent work ethic, with the ability to quickly adapt and take initiative.
- Excellent team player with a positive attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
- Proficient in Outlook, Excel, and ideally Microsoft Teams.
- Ability to prioritise tasks effectively and maintain composure in a fast-paced setting.
- Full driving license and access to your own vehicle.
