NonStop Care are working with an outstanding ofsted independent fostering agency, who are looking for a Senior Supervising Social Worker to join their team, based in the East of England. Within this role you'll play a crucial role in recruiting, assessing, and approving foster carers.

This position offers a low caseload which is capped at 10 allowing you to fully support the families in your care whilst maintaining a good work life balance.

Requirements:
