Pay Rate and Working Hours:
Morning shift 13.30 (can rise up to 14.02 after 6 months)
Monday - Thursday 06:45-15:45
Friday: 06:45-10:15
Afternoon shift - 4 days per week 15.96 (can rise up to 16.82 after 6 months)
Monday - Wednesday 16:30 - 02:30
Thursday 16:30 - 02:00
Roles & Responsibilities;
- Picking & Packaging Parts for Kits
- Preparing Worktools for shipment.
- Crane Work to load parts into packaging
- Loading / Driving Trucks for Shipment
- Using tooling to prepare loads for shipping.
- Desirable - Experience with Microsoft Office Applications
Requirements;
- The ability to communicate in a clear and concise manner at all levels and pay attention to detail -
- A self-motivated individual, with the flexibility to deal with individual and team behaviours, you should be able to motivate others with your advice and experience
- Initiative and strong communication, interpersonal & organisational skills
- Understand & promote Caterpillar's Values in Action
- Willing to undertake training and further learning
