They're looking for an Office Administrator to join their friendly team on a 12-month temporary contract, supporting day-to-day operations in sales, purchasing, and general admin.

Key Responsibilities:
- Support the Sales Team with processing customer enquiries and sales orders
- Assist with maintaining quality and administrative procedures
- Provide support to the Purchasing and Accounts (Bought Ledger) functions
- Help update the Company Website and manage drawing/document control systems
- Maintain good office organisation and cleanliness
- Undertake training as required and follow all Health & Safety protocols
- Liaise closely with managers and colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
- Perform other ad hoc duties as needed
What We're Looking For:
- Previous experience in office administration (ideally in manufacturing or similar)
- Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
- Strong organisational and communication skills
- Proactive and flexible approach to varied responsibilities
- Full UK driving licence and own transport is essential
Working Hours
Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 5.00pm, and Friday 8.00am - 1.00pm.
