We're proud to be recruiting on behalf of a small, close-knit manufacturing company that values teamwork, flexibility, and a positive working environment. They're looking for an Office Administrator to join their friendly team on a 12-month temporary contract, supporting day-to-day operations in sales, purchasing, and general admin.

This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys variety in their work, likes being part of a supportive team, and takes pride in keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the Sales Team with processing customer enquiries and sales orders
  • Assist with maintaining quality and administrative procedures
  • Provide support to the Purchasing and Accounts (Bought Ledger) functions
  • Help update the Company Website and manage drawing/document control systems
  • Maintain good office organisation and cleanliness
  • Undertake training as required and follow all Health & Safety protocols
  • Liaise closely with managers and colleagues to ensure smooth day-to-day operations
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as needed

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous experience in office administration (ideally in manufacturing or similar)
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel)
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Proactive and flexible approach to varied responsibilities
  • Full UK driving licence and own transport is essential

Working Hours

Monday to Thursday 8.00am - 5.00pm, and Friday 8.00am - 1.00pm.
