Our established client is keen to recruit an Operations Administrator to join their small team
Responsibilities:.
- Day to day activities include phone and email communication with clients and customers.
- Compiling reports
- Provide Management Information Statistics from weekly figures.
- Occasional off Site client Meetings, possession of clean driving licence is a pre-requisite.
- Raising invoices to customers.
- Credit checking of new customers
- Provide support and cover for colleagues.
The Person:
- Previous experience, within a similar role in a commercial environment
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to converse with a diverse audience
- Excellent organisational skills with the proven ability to multi-task
- Good influencing and negotiation skills with the ability to motivate a small team
- Someone who has a desire to succeed and are always willing to 'go the extra mile’
