A respected and long-established architectural studio in Wiltshire is seeking a talented and driven Project Architect to join its team. The practice is known for delivering thoughtfully designed projects across a range of sectors, particularly high-end residential, and the practice champions a culture rooted in creativity, collaboration and design excellence.

Key responsibilities:

Leading projects through all RIBA stages, with an emphasis on design delivery
Creating high-quality design and technical drawings
Managing client relationships and liaising with consultants and contractors
Monitoring project timelines and budgets to ensure efficient delivery
Mentoring junior team members and contributing to internal design reviews

The ideal Project Architect will have:

ARB registration
A strong portfolio demonstrating both creative and technical ability
Solid experience across RIBA Stages 3-5
Proficient in Revit (essential); experience with AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
Excellent communication and team leadership skills
A proactive, detail-oriented approach and a passion for high-quality design
