CMD Recruitment seeks a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Assistant to join our client's team in Devizes. This role is essential to the smooth operation of the finance department and would suit a candidate with strong organisational skills and experience in accounts administration.
Responsibilities:
- Process purchase invoices, including matching purchase orders, identifying discrepancies, and posting to the SAGE accounting system.
- Maintain accurate financial records, including filing invoices and assisting with bank reconciliations.
- Manage the accounts inbox and provide general finance administration support.
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in accounts administration.
- Proficiency in SAGE accounting software.
- A proactive and self-motivated approach to work.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
