Renelec Building Services, an electrical contracting division of the Renelec Group, has a rich history in Devizes dating back to the 1950s. Over the years since then we have grown steadily to a size capable of executing major contracts in the industrial, commercial, and housing sectors.

About the role:
As an Administrator, you will be a key part of our busy team, providing crucial support to our contracts department and management. This role involves a wide variety of duties and is essential to the smooth running of our office.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Providing general office support, including managing correspondence and phone calls
- Data processing and maintaining accurate records
- Supporting the contracts team with project documentation and administrative tasks
- Liaising with customers, suppliers, and external partners
- Preparing documents, reports, and presentations as required
- Organizing and scheduling meetings and appointments
About you:

The ideal candidate will have:
- A positive "can-do" approach and a willingness to learn
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Strong IT skills, with proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
- The ability to work independently and as part of a close-knit team
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Prior experience in an administrative or office support role is desirable
