We are seeking a skilled and experienced Electrician for reactive works across multiple social housing, Local authority, void and unoccupied properties. You will be the go to call out Electricianon reactive and maintenanceworks to cover ideally live around Swindonand to cover a big patch from Swindon, Bristol, Yeovil, Salisbury, Bournemouth, Portsmouth, Andover and Cheltenham. The higher salary reflects the larger area covered.

Main Duties Will be :
- Sign off electrical certification as the company's NICEIC Qualified Supervisor
- Domestic Rewires to social housing and local authorities.
Writing great reports on each job.
- EICR Testing and Remedial Works
- Kitchen and bathrooms 1st and 2nd Fix
- Fault finding /small works
- Test and inspection
Supplying and replacing consumer units.
- Perform additional electricalrepairs, ensuring compliance with safety standards and regulations.
- Drive to job sites as required on various local authority and social housing sites for voids and unocupied properties, maintaining a valid driving license.
- Van, Fuel card and Insurance included.
- Permanent position with a forward thinking company.
Requirements:
Provenexperience in occupied and unoccupied domestic properties, including local authorities.
Ability to work independently.
Knowledge of experience PDA devices
Social housing / local authority experience
Full UK driving licence
Must have own set of tools.
Qualifications required:
NVQ Level 3 in Electrical installations

Pay: up to 47,000 basic
OTE up to 58,000
Overtime paid at 1.5x your salary
Holidays: 29 days, including bank holidays.
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- Hours - 8am -4pm
- Overtime paid at 1.5x your salary
- 29 days holiday, including bank holidays.
- Increased holidays with length of service.
- Covering all Reactive emergency call outs
Experience:
- Social housing / local authority: 5years (preferred)
- Experience as an Electrician: 10years (required)
- Sign off electrical certification as the company's NICEIC Qualified Supervisor
- Must be NICEIC certified.
