Who you'll be joining
You'll be joining a successful business in Wiltshire that has undergone impressive growth and change in recent years and continues to expand rapidly. This is a crucial role forming part of the finance senior management team, leading on accounting and external reporting as well as managing a small team of experienced, qualified accountants.
What you'll be doing
- Ownership of timely and accurate financial reporting
- Leading the preparation of statutory accounts and resolution of audit queries
- Producing and analysing cash flow forecasts including variances
- Leading the financial planning and integration of new businesses into the group
- Implementing and maintaining robust processes and controls for all financial accounts
- Interpreting and advising on the correct accounting treatment of financial transactions
Why you'd be a good fit
You'll be a qualified accountant (ACA / ACCA / CIMA) with 5+ years PQE with a focus on financial accounting and accounting standards (IFRS, GAAP). Additionally, you'll have;
- Strong leadership and management experience, able to manage non-qualified and fully-qualified team members
- Excellent data analysis and presentation skills with a track record of influencing business decisions
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build working relationships at all levels including Board level
- High IT literacy with a wide range of finance systems experience and Advanced Excel skills

- Base salary of £80,000 - £110,000 depending on experience and qualification
