About the role:

An established multidisciplinary clinic is seeking a qualified and motivated Foot Health Practitioner to join its growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for a practitioner looking for a supportive, forward-thinking environment where clinical excellence, wellbeing, and career progression are prioritised.

Working across multiple community-based clinics, you will be part of a collaborative team dedicated to helping people stay active, mobile, and pain-free. You will benefit from structured induction, regular feedback, and ongoing professional development.

Key responsibilities:

  • Deliver high-quality foot care services, including general treatments, verruca management, and fungal nail therapy.
  • Manage a varied caseload while ensuring excellent patient experience and outcomes.
  • Participate in a structured induction and ongoing development programme.
  • Work collaboratively with a wider multidisciplinary team, including referral pathways to other clinical services.
  • Contribute to service development sessions and departmental planning.
  • Take part in regular supervision, training sessions, and peer support opportunities.

Requirements:

  • Recognised qualification as a Foot Health Practitioner.
  • Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
  • A strong team player with a collaborative approach to patient care.
  • Open to coaching and feedback with a commitment to continual learning.
