Role expectations in the first year:
- Successfully complete a structured induction plan, gaining confidence in patient treatment.
- Work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team, referring patients as needed.
- Manage a varied caseload, including Swift, Clearanail, nail surgery, and biomechanical assessments.
- Engage in regular performance reviews and training to enhance clinical skills.
- Participate in team activities and professional development initiatives.
Requirements:
- HCPC-registered podiatrist with a degree in Podiatry.
- Full driving license and access to a vehicle.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team.
- Open to feedback and continuous professional development.
- Passionate about podiatry and committed to delivering high-quality patient care.
