Responsibilities:
* Leading projects across all RIBA stages, with particular emphasis on delivery and execution
* Creating detailed design proposals and technical documentation
* Liaising with clients, consultants, and contractors to ensure smooth project delivery
* Monitoring timelines, deliverables and budgets throughout project lifecycles
* Providing mentorship to junior staff and contributing to design critiques

The successful Senior Architect will have:
* ARB registration
* A portfolio that demonstrates both strong technical abilities and design flair
* Extensive experience in project delivery, especially RIBA stages 3-5
* Revit proficiency is essential and AutoCAD proficiency is beneficial
* Excellent communication and coordination skills
* A meticulous and proactive approach with a passion for high-quality architecture
