Location: Salisbury Plain, near Devizes, Wiltshire
Contract: Full-time, 37 hours per week, Monday - Friday
Salary: 28,929 / 15.06 ph

We are delighted to be supporting our client, a specialist organisation working within the defence and security sector, with the recruitment of a Business Co-Ordinator.

This is a pivotal and varied role, ensuring the smooth running of site operations, managing customer requirements, and coordinating essential administrative and financial processes within a unique and fast-paced environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Act as the first point of contact for staff, customers, and stakeholders, providing professional support and guidance.
• Oversee budgets, monitor expenditure and provide financial reporting.
• Manage procurement activities, ensuring timely supply of materials and equipment.
• Maintain quality management systems in line with ISO standards.
• Line manage and support the Receptionist.
• Coordinate and publish reports, ensuring accuracy and data integrity.
• Manage statutory inspection registers and calibration schedules.

About you:

We're looking for an organised and proactive individual with:

• Strong background in business administration.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to plan, prioritise and manage multiple tasks under pressure.
• Experience of handling budgets and financial reporting.
• Confidence working independently and making decisions with minimal supervision.
