Position - Area Director

Where you'll be doing it? You will work remotely with travel to the Southwest of England and The Midlands
Your employment contract - Permanent
Your hours - 37.5 hours per week

What would your responsibilities be ?
- Experience setting up new properties and projects in accordance with Ofsted regulation.
- Achieve financial targets, including EBITDA and occupancy goals.
- Secure positive outcomes from Quality Assurance and Reg 44 visits.
- Achieve "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings in Ofsted inspections.
- Develop and implement action plans for homes or provisions rated below "Good."
- Ensure high training compliance across the team.
- Monitor and reduce absence rates within the division.
- Building effective relationships with Local Authorities, commissioners, and key stakeholders.
Requirements?
- Strong leadership in Ofsted-regulated settings, including senior roles and service setup in line with regulatory standards.
- Proven ability to manage people, budgets, and resources across multiple projects.
- Excellent written and verbal communication, with confident presentation skills.
