Where you'll be doing it? You will work remotely with travel to the Southwest of England and The Midlands

Your employment contract - Permanent

Your hours - 37.5 hours per week

What would your responsibilities be ?

  • Experience setting up new properties and projects in accordance with Ofsted regulation.
  • Achieve financial targets, including EBITDA and occupancy goals.
  • Secure positive outcomes from Quality Assurance and Reg 44 visits.
  • Achieve "Good" or "Outstanding" ratings in Ofsted inspections.
  • Develop and implement action plans for homes or provisions rated below "Good."
  • Ensure high training compliance across the team.
  • Monitor and reduce absence rates within the division.
  • Building effective relationships with Local Authorities, commissioners, and key stakeholders.

Requirements?

  • Strong leadership in Ofsted-regulated settings, including senior roles and service setup in line with regulatory standards.
  • Proven ability to manage people, budgets, and resources across multiple projects.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, with confident presentation skills.
