Gas Engineer Required - Swindon - Void properties
Experienced Gas Engineer required in Swindon to work on void social housing properties on an excellent new long term contract.
This is a really exciting permanent opportunity with a salary of £38-40,000 per annum plus a van, fuel card and 20 days holiday + bank holidays.
Gas Engineer Day to Day:
- All aspects of maintenance work in void properties
- Ensuring property is safe for next tenant
- Doing relevant checks
- New kitchen and bathrooms
- Driving a company van safely
- Reporting to your supervisor
- Getting a property ready for the next tenant
Gas Engineer Requirements:
- Good gas engineering experience
- Previous experience working within social housing
- Good attitude
- Honest and reliable
- Full UK driving license
- DBS will be done for successful candidate
