You'll play a pivotal role in turning kitchen ideas into commercial reality. You'll assist on technical product development, guiding new creations from concept to launch.

This food manufacturer has a wide range of customers including major retailers, high-end restaurants and other manufacturers. Giving you a chance to work with some of the biggest names in the industry!

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in the development of new products from concept to launch
• Ensure all work meets both internal and customer standards for quality and safety
• Plan, schedule, and oversee production line trials and evaluations, ensuring they run smoothly and effectively
• Host and facilitate customer visits during production trials
• Develop practical and realistic schedules for product launches
• Investigate and review production processes, recommending improvements where required
• Ensure all operating procedures and specifications for new products are accurate, accessible, and clearly written

What you will need:

• Proven experience in process development within food manufacturing
• Strong understanding of scaling products from kitchen to factory
• Knowledge of HACCP and compliance requirements
• A collaborative approach with a sharp eye for detail and efficiency
