We are recruiting a Registered Service Manager in Swindon to oversee a high-quality residential care service. Key Responsibilities
- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of care staff in a residential setting
- Create and implement individualised care plans based on person-centred principles
- Manage budgets, ensure financial accountability, and monitor service performance
- Handle recruitment, staff training, performance development, and onboarding
- Maintain full compliance with CQC regulations and company policies
- Conduct audits, quality assurance reviews, and attend multidisciplinary meetings
- Oversee medication administration and related safety audits
- Participate in the on-call management rota as required
What You’ll Need
- Proven experience as a Registered Manager or similar senior role in care
- Strong background supporting individuals with autism, complex needs, or challenging behaviour
- Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care (or willingness to complete it)
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and organisational skills
- In-depth knowledge of safeguarding, regulatory frameworks, and best practice care delivery
