The Role
Join our dedicated GRTB Service team and play a vital role in supporting Gypsy, Roma, Traveller, and Boater communities across Wiltshire and BANES. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a real difference by working directly with individuals and families at council and private sites, roadside stops, and other key locations.
As part of a supportive and collaborative team, you'll work alongside internal colleagues and partner organisations to deliver a joined-up, person-centred service. You'll be instrumental in carrying out strengths-based and risk assessments, developing and reviewing individual support plans, and ensuring clients are actively involved in shaping their own journey.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and track referrals into the service.
Provide clear, accessible information to help clients navigate and engage with appropriate support services.
Maintain accurate, timely records of all client interactions and outcomes.
Encourage and support clients to participate in consultation events, both within Julian House and the wider community.
Carry out any other reasonable duties aligned with the role's purpose and responsibilities.
