Due to a significant increase in demand, we are seeking experienced ESOL Tutors to join our dedicated team across Wiltshire. This is a fantastic opportunity to make a real impact in the lives of learners from diverse backgrounds.

- Qualified and experienced ESOL teachers or tutors
- A compassionate and student-centred approach
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit individual learner needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience working with EAL students in educational or community settings
As an ESOL Tutor you will:
- Deliver engaging and tailored ESOL lessons to learners with English as an Additional Language (EAL)
- Support learners in improving their speaking, listening, reading, and writing skills
- Create inclusive and supportive learning environments
- Monitor progress and provide regular feedback to learners
About you:
- Proven experience teaching ESOL or working with EAL learners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Empathetic and culturally sensitive approach to teaching
- Ability to adapt teaching methods to suit diverse learner needs

Essential & Desirable Qualifications:
- Minimum of 1 year of experience working within UK schools- ESSENTIAL
To be eligible for this role through Prospero teaching, you must:
- Hold right to work in the UK
- Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
- Provide references upon request
- Possess up to date Safeguarding Training (or a willingness to undertake this)
