What You’ll Be Doing:-
Process sales orders accurately and efficiently using internal systems

Communicate with customers via phone and email to confirm order details, answer queries, and provide updates

Coordinate with design, production, and dispatch teams to ensure timely delivery of products

Maintain accurate records of customer accounts, orders, and correspondence

Support the sales team with quotations, sample requests, and follow-ups

Prepare and send invoices or proformas as required

Manage product data, including pricing and stock availability

Handle customer complaints or issues with professionalism and urgency

Assist with reporting and analysis of sales performance as needed

Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role (ideally in a product-based or apparel environment)

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Strong verbal and written communication skills

Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Outlook

Experience with CRM or order processing software is advantageous

Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
