Description
The interim HR Generalist will provide hands on support including:
- Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures across the organisation.
- Manage recruitment processes, including drafting job descriptions and coordinating interviews.
- Oversee employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
- Provide guidance on employment law and HR best practices to line managers and staff.
- Maintain accurate employee records and manage HR systems effectively.
- Assist in performance management and employee development initiatives.
- Handle employee relations issues, ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
- Coordinate training sessions and support staff development programmes.
Profile
A successful HR Generalist should have:
- Relevant qualifications in Human Resources or a related field.
- Experience working within the industrial/manufacturing sector.
- Strong knowledge of employment law and HR practices.
- Proficiency in using HR systems and maintaining employee records.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
- Available immediately to start a new role.
