Eventus Recruitment are seeking a Private Client Solicitor to join a law firm based in Wakefield, West Yorkshire. This is a permanent, part-time job. The working hours will be 2.5 - 3 days in the office. Benefits include 26 days holiday allowance (rising with service), bonus scheme and employee healthcare plan.

Role Responsibilities

The incoming Private Client Solicitor will be responsible for managing a full caseload of private client matters. You will also benefit from administrative assistance. Additionally, this role will involve travel to the firm’s other offices. Other duties include:

  • Responsibility for providing high quality, professional advice on Probate and Estate Administration, Inheritance Planning and Trusts.
  • Communicating with executors, trustees, beneficiaries and other legal professionals.
  • Eager to achieve good billing within the team.

Person Specification

Applications are sought from Private Client Solicitors with a minimum of 4 years’ experience in dealing with all aspects of Private Client matters. In addition, STEP Qualification would be desirable. You will also have the following skills and attributes:

  • Show a keen eye for detail
  • Good interpersonal and organisational skills
  • Ability to organise and prioritise your workload within the required timescales
  • Good I.T skills
