We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and organised Receptionist/Administrator to join the team on a part-time maternity cover basis from June/July 2025 until April 2026. The role will provide vital support to the Finance Director, HR Co-ordinator, and wider team, ensuring the smooth running of front-of-house and office admin functions.
? Key Responsibilities:-
Answering and transferring incoming telephone calls

Greeting and welcoming visitors

General office administration including filing, copying, and ad-hoc tasks

Managing stationery stock and orders
-
Arranging refreshments for meetings and visitors

Taking and distributing meeting minutes

Supporting the FD and HR Co-ordinator as required

Strong customer service skills and a professional telephone manner

Good computer literacy and communication skills

Excellent time management and multitasking ability

Well-organised and a genuine team player

Flexible hours to suit the right candidate

Monday to Friday working pattern with an early finish on Fridays
