Our client is looking for a Machine/Production Operator to join their busy manufacturing environment for an immediate start on a temporary to permanent basis.
Duties will include assisting in the operation a Beam Saw, basic setting of various CNC machinery, manual handling and general housekeeping. Previous wood machinery experience is not essential, however some background in either manufacturing or industrial background is.
Shifts are weekly rotating;
Days 6am-5pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday.
Nights 6pm- 6am Monday to Thursday
This is a permanent opportunity for the right worker after 12 weeks.
Pay Rate is £11.30. All hours over 37.5 are paid at £14.13
Average weekly wage before tax- £543.86
Bonus available from day one (dependant upon plant targets):
Monthly bonus - Up to £300 per month
