Sonic Summary

The job requires service and maintenance of various HVAC and refrigeration systems including split systems, VRVs, and chillers.
Candidates must have AC qualifications, specifically City & Guilds Level 2, and preferably Level 3, along with an essential F-Gas qualification.
A proven track record in commercial building maintenance or high-end residential properties is necessary, along with good communication skills.
Electrical knowledge is beneficial, and applicants must be able to provide copies of their trade certificates.
The position offers a salary of £40,000 and requires a minimum of 3 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities:

Air conditioning and refrigeration - Service/maintenance

Your main duties will be service and maintenance on split systems, VRVs, VAV's and VRF's, AHU's, FCU's, Chillers and all HVAC and refrigeration plant.

Electrical Knowledge would be beneficial.

Extensive building services knowledge

Requirements:

AC Qualifications needed consist of the below -

AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 2 (Essential)

AC qualified - City & Guilds Level 3 (Desirable)

F-Gas qualification (Essential)

Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificates

A proven track record in commercial building maintenance or High-End Residential properties

Multi-skilled

Good communication skills
